NEW DATA PROTECTION LAW NLPD

Afrikana Sarl is committed to respecting the privacy of its Customers .



The purpose of this General Data Protection Policy is to describe how the personal data (hereinafter "Data") that Afrikana Sarl collects or holds about its Customers is used and to whom this Data may be disclosed.



Data processing by Afrikana Sarl is subject to the applicable data protection legislation in force in Switzerland, in particular the new Federal Law on Data Protection (hereinafter Afrikana Sarl undertakes to:

Right to withdraw consent : when Data is processed on the basis of consent, this consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Right of rectification – the Customer has the right to request Afrikana Sarl to rectify inaccurate Data and to complete incomplete Data.

Right to restriction of processing – the Customer may request to restrict the processing of Data, if permitted by law

Right to erasure/deletion – the Customer has the right to request Afrikana Sarl to erase or delete the Data, unless a legal basis or the legitimate interest of Afrikana Sarl obliges or authorizes it to retain the Data.

Right to object to processing – the Customer has the right to object to the processing of their Data at any time.

Right to delivery or transmission of Data – the [ Client ] has the right to request the delivery or transmission of Data in a portable format when the processing of Data is carried out automatically, on the basis of consent or a contract

Right to lodge a complaint : if the [ Customer ] is not satisfied with the way in which the Data is processed, he/she may contact the courts or the federal data protection authority.

6. COMMUNICATION OF DATA

  1. HOW LONG DOES Afrikana SARL KEEP DATA?
